I sell online. How do I provide the URL to the tax bureau?

If you sell goods or services online through any channel, including a Facebook page, Instagram, a marketplace listing or an official LINE account, you must:

1. Register the URL and member account with the tax bureau: fill in the "Online sales registration for business entities" on the Ministry of Finance eTax portal; after registering, also give us the URL for our records.
2. Clearly display the "business name" and "tax ID" on the sales page, and keep transaction records so they can be provided when the authorities ask.

Failing to register the URL or disclose business information carries penalties. Tell us your sales channels at incorporation and we will remind you to handle this together.
