This tool follows the 2026 bracket tables and rates announced by the Ministry of Labor and the NHI Administration. Results are for payroll planning and cost estimates; actual amounts are those on the bills issued by the Bureau of Labor Insurance and the NHI Administration. If your pay structure includes special allowances, bonuses or part-time schedules, please confirm with us.

If you use our payroll service

  • Payroll clients only need to confirm attendance and overtime hours each month; we prepare payslips, labor/health insurance and pension contributions.
  • Enrollment, withdrawal and bracket adjustments for new hires, leavers and raises are handled by us too.

If you run payroll yourself

  • Enroll new employees in labor and health insurance on their first day; late enrollment means back payments and penalties.
  • Employers must contribute 6% to each employee's pension account monthly; it cannot be offset against salary.
  • Provide payslips monthly; when both sides agree on the calculation, disputes are far less likely.
