The "business registration certificate" was abolished on April 13, 2009, and is no longer issued.

The "incorporation approval letter" and "company registration form" (or "business registration transcript" for a business) you receive after incorporation are the proof that business registration is complete. If an organization asks for the certificate, provide these two documents.
