After the business certificate arrives, what settings do you help with?

The business certificate is like a "corporate citizen digital certificate", the key to enabling online services. When our bookkeeping clients receive the certificate and send it back as instructed, we help with the following free of charge:

1. Activate the certificate (non-bookkeeping clients can follow the Ministry of Economic Affairs activation process themselves).
2. Register on the Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform and activate the input summary: available once you have the invoice purchase certificate. The input summary ensures no deductible e-invoice input is missed, saving tax and time; we are also appointed as the value-added center operator to help query, check and upload filings.
3. Designate us as the labor/health insurance operator: register on the NHI Administration's multi-certificate online insurance system so enrollments and withdrawals can be filed online in real time, and data lookups and troubleshooting are easy. Skip this step if the company has not set up a health insurance unit.
