What can the business certificate (工商憑證) do? How do I apply?

If you do not have a business certificate yet, we highly recommend applying. With it you can:

• Perform authorizations on the Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform and activate the input summary
• Enroll and withdraw employees from labor and health insurance online
• Look up bills of all kinds
• Apply for tax matters online
• Complete food and drug registrations for certain industries

How to apply

• Clients on our incorporation package: applied for together with incorporation, no separate process.
• Existing clients: ask us to apply alongside an amendment registration; only the NT$420 government fee applies.
• Applying yourself: online with the responsible person's citizen digital certificate, or on paper; government fee NT$420.
• Having us apply separately: paper application requiring the company seals; service fee plus the NT$420 government fee.

For our bookkeeping clients, we help with card activation and all settings after the certificate arrives.
