I'm not receiving your emails. What should I do?

- Check the spam folder and add service@hhtax.co as a contact so future notices are not blocked. In Gmail, click "Add to contacts" next to the sender name; other providers are similar.
- Check the email settings: whether the address you gave us is spelled correctly and whether every colleague who needs notices has been provided. To add or change a contact email, just tell your account manager.
