How do reservation and the lease term for your registered address work?

Clients incorporating

• We reserve a slot from the time you confirm you will use our registered address; the reservation lasts two weeks from invoicing and is cancelled if unpaid.
• After payment the slot is held for six months. Because holding it has a cost, if you cannot provide the incorporation documents within six months of payment, or cancel for reasons not attributable to us, the slot is released and an administrative fee of NT$3,000 applies.
• The address is arranged once the slot is confirmed and the tax officer agrees.
• The lease starts two days after "notification of name reservation approval" or "notification of confirmed use of the registered address". For example, notified on 4/17, the lease starts 4/19.

Clients filing an amendment

• The slot is reserved from confirmation; the reservation lasts two weeks from invoicing.
• Held for six months after payment; if the amendment documents cannot be provided within six months, or you cancel for reasons not attributable to us, the slot is released and an administrative fee of NT$3,000 applies.
• The lease starts two business days after notification of confirmed use.
