When a company rents an address from an individual, how do I download proof of payment for rent withholding and supplementary NHI?

Proof of payment for the rent "supplementary NHI premium"

1. Go to the NHI Administration's multi-certificate online insurance system.
2. Register with the business certificate and designate an operator (if a health insurance card is designated, that card must first be registered online).
3. Log out and log back in with the operator's health insurance card or citizen digital certificate (when logging in with the health insurance card, do not tick "designate an authorized administrator").
4. Choose "Unit premium payment certificate and printing" on the left, set certificate type "supplementary premium", income type "rental income", the payment month and payment period, and download the file.

Proof of payment for rent "withholding tax"

1. Go to the Ministry of Finance eTax portal.
2. Under "Online services → Online applications → Tax online applications", search for "Withholding unit applies for reissue of withholding tax payment certificate".
3. Apply online with the business certificate.
