What if the company seal or the responsible person's seal is lost?

A lost seal is nothing to worry about. Have a new one engraved and file a "seal change" with the competent authority. You will need:

• An application form for amendment registration
• An affidavit of seal loss signed by the responsible person
• Two copies of the amendment registration form

There is no government fee for this change. If you have us handle it, just give us the newly engraved seal and a copy of the responsible person's ID; we prepare the rest.
