What does the amount of capital affect?

If you plan to apply for a bank loan or government subsidy, your capital directly affects how much you can get, since most programs cap the amount at the company's capital.

For founders with loan or subsidy plans, we usually recommend capital of NT$500,000 or NT$1 million or more, so you are not forced into a capital increase later just to lift the ceiling. If you have no such plans, set it according to your actual operating needs.
