How and when do I deliver invoices and documents to you?

When?

• VAT is filed every two months, by the 15th of each odd month.
• We send a filing reminder around the 25th of each even month; please deliver documents by the 5th of the odd month so we have enough time to organize and file.

How?

• In person: Wuri office (No. 32, Sanrong 5th Rd., Wuri Dist., Taichung 414), Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00.
• Post or courier: put them in our dedicated envelope and send to the Wuri office; the envelope is printed with the address and a "checklist" so nothing is missed.
• Other delivery methods are fine too, at your own shipping cost.

Clients already using e-invoices and the input summary usually do not need to mail any paper most months; we download and process everything from the platform.
