Where do I get the Form 401 and other tax filing files?

We handle every filing the company has during the year that relates to the official books. After each filing, the files are sent to the company contact email:

• VAT Form 401: the file is sent around the 18th of each odd month.
• Corporate income tax return (including the balance sheet and income statement of the official books): filed by the end of May the following year, sent in early June.
• Withholding statements and dividend statements: filed by the end of January the following year and sent at the same time.

If you cannot find the email, search your inbox for "401" or "corporate income tax", or tell your account manager and we will resend it.
