How can capital be deposited? Must each shareholder deposit separately?

Cash deposit at the counter
- If the personal account and preparatory account are at the same bank: bring the personal passbook and seal, and have the teller withdraw from the personal account and deposit directly into the preparatory account, without physically handling cash.
- Different banks: withdraw cash first and bring it to the bank where the preparatory account is.
- The advantage is completion on the day of opening; with multiple shareholders, each deposit can be annotated with the shareholder's name and amount.
Transfer
- Watch the daily limit for non-designated transfers; if exceeded, first set up a designated transfer at the shareholder's own bank.
- The transfer must come from the shareholder's own account; a non-shareholder cannot remit on their behalf.
- Update the passbook after the transfer; if the passbook shows only the account number and not the name, also provide a copy of the sending account's passbook cover.
Must each shareholder deposit their own share?
Yes. Each shareholder must deposit from their own account according to their contribution. This is a key point of the CPA's verification, and one person cannot advance the whole amount.
