Which bank should I open the company account with?

Two principles:

1. Familiarity: companies mostly transfer money through online banking, so a bank you already know is quickest to get used to. Some banks run separate systems for corporate and personal online banking, so ask before opening.
2. Distance: prefer a branch near your home or actual office. The branch where you open the account is your "home branch", and later tasks such as applying for online banking, checks or changing seals usually have to be done there, so proximity saves a lot of time.
